This is a stunning and pristine medium sized barn frame with all the great features we look for when converting into a barn home.

This frame would lend itself into 2300 sq. ft house, and up to 3500 sq. or more if you added some traditional shed additions to the basic barn as we suggest in Small Barn Homes (www.smallbarnhomes.com).

This frame is dismantled in our yard and we are ready to do some planning and design work for you using this barn as the core of your home. It would make and excellent start for the barn-to-home process.  It probably won't be on our for sale list long.
