Very good condition with excellent hewing (see photo).

Would lend itself to a 2300 sq.ft home just by itself with a little over  half cathedral open space and half loft (720 sq.ft)

You could put a loft in other end and gain another 500 sq.ft or a partial loft in either of the other open bays to gain more sq. footage

You could also add some well thought out conventional additions and gain another 1000 or more sq.ft or more as needed if you wanted to use this barn as the core of your home.
