Originally had a 2nd floor loft but the floor joist were taken out during its history.  All tie beams have notches ready for floor joist that we can provide for loft or entire 2nd floor.

Excellent condition as can be seen from the photos.

More precise drawings to come later.

This is a very nice barn frame for either smaller barn home or addition, a complete home or perhaps a lower level garage/workshop/storage and a guest house on 2nd floor.
