This is a really nice barn frame for a medium size barn home conversion. Another great large timbered Canadian frame. Would lend itself easily to a 1800 to 2400 sq. ft. home or more if you put on some tasteful additions. We also have a swing beam we could add if desired. Very strong roof system that should pass most engineering requirements. High side walls (16'+/- which give plenty of height for two full floors and we could put it on plinth blocks to gain another foot in height which could give you approx. 9' ceilings in first floor and still close to 8' in second. This is a very handsome and "clean frame". Write for more info and photos.
