Sutherland Barn
If you want a larger barn this is a very, very good one in all respects and it is in excellent condition as you can see from photos. If you are interested in a larger heavily timbered excellent barn frame, this is a superb one. This barn does not have a swing beam but we have a spare that would work perfect if desired.
There are so many creative ways to include this Swing beam in the different floor plans, particularly with it not going the entire width of the barn, as we have found in several barns that were built this way originally. Call or write for more details.
